From Naples to Your Doorstep
'HaloWillow' started with one clear goal: to introduce true Neapolitan pizzas to Rome. Established by the Bianchi household in 1985, our little pizza shop was initially a family venture, utilizing recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, the progenitor of our brand, mastered pizza creation during her voyage across Italy, learning from renowned pizza chefs in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After coming back to the UK, she aspired to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, embracing age-old techniques and top-notch ingredients.
Our once humble 12-seat pizzeria has flourished into a cherished local fixture; however, our devotion to excellence and authenticity remains steadfast. We continue to employ wood-fired oven baking, prepare our dough daily from scratch, and meticulously select the best ingredients available.
To this day, 'HaloWillow' is still in the hands of the Bianchi family, with a new generation now guiding our enthusiastic team. While we've incorporated contemporary advances into our workflow, the core of our operation hasn't shifted: forging delectable, authentic pizza that unites people.
